Participants of Dare to Stand Out (by Jer's Vision, Lisgar GSA and the NCR Diversity Club), ended the day by learning how to run a diversity workshop for their teachers. Students plan to go back to over 20 schools, and speak to their teachers during staff meetings about the importance of being supportive to minority students, challenging bullying in schools, and incorporating new material into curriculums.
