In anticipation for the Day of Pink today, the Rideau High School diversity club invited slam poets Nathanael Lorchette, Hyfidelik born Sergio Roberto Guerra, Kevin Matthews and Hodan Ibrahim to do an artistic presentation on human rights and diversity. To conclude the thought provoking presentation the diversity club informed the school on the Day of Pink campaign, which they advised Rideau students to continue to support anti-bullying and diversity by wearing Pink today. Last year over half the population of Rideau High students participated in the Day of Pink.
